PC Thompson was asked to assist with a member of public in the station office at Bromley who was believed to have been involved in a crime. It is alleged that PC Thompson used force which was not justified or necessary in the circumstances and was in any event disproportionate and unreasonable in order to detain this member of the public.

It is alleged that former PC Lovbakke attended work and was on duty whilst the proportion of alcohol in a sample of breath exceeded the permitted upper limit of 13mg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath.

It is alleged that between 2016 and 2018 PC Siddall conducted an inappropriate relationship with an adult female associated with the MPS cadets. It is also alleged that in 2018 PC Siddall purchased alcohol with MPS cadet funds and consumed it on duty and failed to complete or make arrangements for the completion of financial accounts in the year 2018/19.

PC Fraz Niwaz – Hertfordshire Constabulary,

It is alleged: At all material times, Mr Niwaz was a serving police officer, all matters are alleged to have taken place whilst Mr Niwaz was off-duty. On 08 September 2017, Mr Niwaz reported to the police that the complainant had tried to run him over, when he knew that was not true. On 05 November 2019, Mr Niwaz signed a witness statement in which he stated that the complainant had threatened to kill his family, when he knew that was not true. On 16 November 2019, Mr Niwaz reported to the police that the complainant had licked his lips and touched his groin whilst looking at his young child, when he knew that was not true. On 26 March 2021, Mr Niwaz reported to the police that the complainant used a CCTV camera to look at his children when he knew that was not true. On 08 April 2021, Mr Niwaz stood whilst shouting and laughing hysterically at the complainant. On 22 July 2021, Mr Niwaz shouted at the complainants.

PS Longhurst had been in a sexual relationship a female member of the public and had pursued this relationship following official police contact with her despite her vulnerabilities.

The officer also failed to report the relationship to the force in accordance with force policy.

Whilst the female was in custody PS Longhurst made inappropriate sexual comments to her.

On 26th August 2022, whilst off duty driving his personal vehicle Police Sergeant 20671 Bridgewater drove whilst over the prescribed limit for alcohol.
On 13.09.2022, Police Sergeant Bridgewater pleaded guilty at court to driving with excess alcohol and was dealt with by way of a 27 month disqualification from driving and a fine.
